I’m a 38-year-old mother of two who has just begun the journey to a black belt in Okinawan Kenpo Karate. You can call me K. I’ve always wanted to try Karate, but there were always the typical excuses of time, money, and oh yeah… I’m a girl! I was recently reminded that life is short, so I got off my duff and signed up me and my two boys for karate. As I travel to my destination: black belt, I’ll use this blog to track my progress.
